Job purpose:

Launch supplies on time and quality.,manufacturing process from Development to TechOps and for availability,handover to operations. Is responsible for a success-ful transfers of,the project activities for the assigned projects, until submission and,Lead the Launch and Product Transfer Project Teams. Direct and monitor,

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports Launch Site decisions (CPIC) by providing analysis of, suppliers.,
• Lead and support resolution of technical issues at CMOs and external,(including comparison of DS physical properties).,be used by the pharmaceutical manufacturers to produce drug products,
• Ensure that the API produced after successful launch or transfer can, projects).,
• Contribute to process improvement and optimization initiatives (TLCM,appropriate.,Subteam Meetings) and present the project status, or project issues, if,
• Attend project governance and project meetings (e.g. PRM, DMC, TRD,process together with QA.,
• Initiate (transfers) and support the pre-approval inspection (PAI),documents.,
• Support preparation, review and approval of relevant registration,processes and in high quality.,prepared, approved, stored and archived according to current Novartis,
• Ensure the documents being part of the project documentation are,solutions are found and implemented., timelines, demand and supply. Make sure that issues are investigated, Novartis and CMOs. Highlight potential impacts on overall project,
• Proactively communicate critical issues to project stakeholders at, additional resources if applicable (e.g. personnel and investments).,
• Assess resource requirements at Novartis and CMOs and request,
• Provide input into overall ESO strategy.,registration.,methods, validation documents, source data and documents for,
• Ensure timely availability of manufacturing processes, analytical,and local GMP regulations and adequate HSE standards.,
• Ensure that all project activities at Novartis and CMOs follow global,ensure adherence to the plan.,
• Prepare project plans including activities at Novartis and CMOs and,and transfer projects.,? Support the evaluation of new CMOs and external suppliers for launch,?
• Manage project team activities necessary for project success.,team meetings.,members, manage the team and set priorities for project and project,
• Form and lead the project team consisting of Novartis and CMO team,assignment to submission.,Take end to end responsibility for launch and transfer projects from,

Minimum requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Several years of experience as process expert or comparable position
• Several years experience in project management
