Roles & Responsibilities of the position

Associate Project Manager is a core member of a Study Team. Study Team does not contract or contact investigational sites directly. Study team is an internal customer for local study teams that are responsible for study conduct on country level.
Study Team is responsible for end-to-end delivery of a clinical study on global level which includes but is not limited to set-up phase, selection of participating countries, preparation of study protocol, master consent form, specification of systems to be used. After First Site Initiation in: tracking and driving recruitment, coordination of data cleaning and preparation of clinical study report.

Main responsibility is to:

•Act as a primary point of contact for local study teams (including regular communication with local study teams, awareness of study progress in countries including submission status, recruitments status, data cleaning, important issues, escalation further when appropriate, coordination of resolution of issues that cannot be resolved by local study team
•Own a specific area or system for a study globally.

Job Requirements

•Degree in Life Science
•Experience as CRA, in-house CRA or a Project Specialist/ Assistant
•Proven organizational and analytical skills
•Understanding of the clinical study and drug development process and GCP/ICH guidelines Computer proficiency
•Fluent English
