Job Summary:

On behalf of my client, I am recruiting for an Engineering Manager.


 In this role you will lead the Engineering Team and you will be responsible for the following areas:

  • Technical Engineering
  • Capital Projects
  • Maintenance Management
  • Safety and Training
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Regulatory Compliance

Applications are invited from candidates with the following background and experience:

  • Strong technical and analytical skills, as expected of an Engineering Manager
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent People Management and Interpersonal skills.
  • Respectful motivation of direct reports
  • Business Acumen – ability to balance technical and compliance challenges with the business needs
  • Attention to detail – ability to drill down into detail on critical issues when required
  • Strategic perspective – ability to adopt long term view to align the Engineering departments contribution to the objectives of the business, and to plan a roadmap to achieve those objectives.
  • Data driven and results oriented.
  • Strong cGMP and Regulatory knowledge.
