Job Summary:

We are looking for a candidate to take control of a highly motivated CRA team across Germany, with full line management responsibilities you will direct all operational activities. You will be joining a growing organisation with a flat hierarchy and report directly into the European Director of Clinical Operations and have a direct line into the global VP of Clinical.


Ideal for a Senior Level Clinical Manager with 4+ years Clinical research experience including line management/supervision of clinical operational groups.

Role Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Manager with proven expertise in managing/supervising Clinical teams.

Ideally you will have experience in the recruitment, training/mentoring and overseeing the operational activities of clinical study teams including allocating resources and setting objectives as well as conducting performance reviews in line with these objectives.

You will be actively involved in determining further growth across Europe and be expected to contribute in all strategic discussions, and can expect fantastic career development opportunities.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Line management of a highly motivated CRA team
  • All operational management activities including recruitment and training/mentoring.
  • Allocating resources and setting team objectives along with reviewing performance against objectives.
  • Collaborating with Director Clinical Operations on resourcing needs and strategic discussions
  • Work alongside all functional areas including Quality Assurance to develop SOPs
  • Collaboration with global monitoring group to ensure quality and consistency in global monitoring operations.

Skills Desired:

  • 4+ years’ experience in clinical research including line management/supervision of clinical study teams
  • Experience in conducting clinical studies within a pharmaceutical or CRO environment
  • Fluent in German, good knowledge of English
  • Profound knowledge of all ICH-GCP Protocol and any local regulations
  • Ability to work from the office in central Munich
