Your role as Facilities Team Leader will provide support and direction to a small team of 4 to 6 members based in our Mannheim office. You will oversee and actively participate in the day-to-day running of the facilities department.

The facilities team responsibilities include:

  • Reception duties – greeting visitors and handling calls.
  • Real Estate – point of contact with security, the building landlord and external vendors.
  • Health and Safety, Risk Assessments, Incident reporting, Fire safety process.
  • Additional Facilities – Inventories and record keeping, car fleet management, mobile phone handling, stationary orders including business cards, external contractor management
  • Finance – Creating Purchase orders, Invoicing, handling petty cash and banking

As team leader you will be expected to lead and advice the team on these activities and provide additional support when required.

You are:

Multitasking, very strong service orientated, a team player.

  • A strong administrative background and have excellent organizational and IT skills
  • Extensive experience in a facilities environment or office management, preferable in a management position
  • Ideally an Educational background in Office or Hotel Management
  • The capacity to work and communicate cross countries, to communicate effectively and to work independent
