Responsibilities:

  • Perform site visits and monitor activities following correct protocol, GCP/ICH guidelines, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Support network for the CRA/CTA team.
  • Mentor CRA's on monitoring, internal procedures and query resolution.
  • Use expertise and judgement to identify and resolve complex site issues and deficiencies in documentation, communication and the need for additional training.
  • Assess and ensure overall integrity of study and adherence to guidelines, protocols, and regulations.
  • Evaluate the overall performance of site and site staff.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of solid independent monitoring as a CRA
  • A life science degree is a huge bonus
  • Phase II, III, IV trials experience
  • Experience in mentoring junior CRAs and be confident in coaching staff (testimonials will be required)
  • Drive to succeed in your career
