We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Cardiac Safety Services & Connected Devices team to expand the Connected Devices Business portfolio.

You will have a background in Healthcare/Pharma/CRO and be used to working across global time zones, have strong communication skills, ability to multi-task and be hands-on with admin work.

Successful candidates will be based in either UK or France.

IQVIA™ Cardiac Safety Services & Connected Devices (IQVIA CSS-CD) offers an integrated cardiac safety solution with centralized core lab services for the acquisition and processing of ECG data during clinical trials. Additionally CSS CD team offers centralized services for managing data from connected devices during clinical trials.


Key responsibilities:

Start up:
Vendor Management
o Relay requirements for new project and Set up database for new requirements
o Logistics management between vendor and ultimately how shipments will be made to site
Data management
o Set up Project Instructions between vendor, IQVIA & sponsor
o Finalize Data Transfer Specifications
Project Management Expectations
o Participate in proposal, RFP development, sales/proposal presentations, BID defense meetings etc.
o Identify and negotiate out of scope project work
o Set up project in database
o Understand the list of trackers to be provided for project based on sponsor requests.
o Operations Plan draft to ensure all project details are captured and all parties are in agreement.
Site Documentation
o Draft all documentation required for sites
o Understand what needs to be provided and timelines
Timeline Management
o Understand timelines and draft timeline based on sponsor requests
o Works to meet all timelines and track, as required.
Logistics Management
o Work with vendor and begin distribution of all devices, site documentation that is required
o Work with sponsor to distribute prior to SIV dates.

Maintenance:
- Responsibility for financial reporting on the project including tracking deliverables and invoicing
- Ensure that Operational Services are kept fully informed of project requirements
- Keep superiors fully informed of any project issues that may impact quality, budget, and timeliness of project delivery to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Create, track and report on project timelines
- Manage project budgets and approval of invoices
- Track project progress, identify and evaluate project risks and take advice from superiors on corrective action as appropriate
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics
- Ensure that work is conducted in compliance with standard processes, policies and procedures and meets project timeline metrics
- Set up helpdesk troubleshooting requirements

Close-out
- Work on reconciling ECG data (including missing data and closure of queries)
- Work with sites to close out sites accordingly
- Recall all devices, based on LPLV
- Data Management to work to finalize all details and close out project once all data has been received and confirmed by site and sponsor
- Close database accordingly
- Conduct an ‘End of Project’ review meeting to ensure that all project activities have been completed in full

Additional Responsibilities:
• Plan, initiate, execute, control, and close projects in accordance with the Scope of Work agreed with the customer
• Serve as a backup contact for internal Project Managers
• Partner with other Project Managers to develop and implement process improvements

 REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Project Management experience within Healthcare/Pharma/CRO
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and work cohesively with teams (coworkers, managers and clients) in different timezones, cultures, languages etc.
• Good team work and problem solving skills
• Ability to work under limited direction
• Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications, Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT, MS Projects, PeopleSoft, Timesheet etc.
• Systems/tools: Systems/IT knowledge (advantageous)
• Experience in wearable technology (advantageous)
• Bachelor's degree in a life science or health care related discipline and demonstrable related experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
