Job Summary:

To support project planning through partnership with global and regional cross functional Marketing teams. To proactively drive process improvement, update and design marketing materials, assist with process planning and system input.


Roles & Responsibilities of the position

Building an overall project planning which creates structure and transparency between different working disciplines. Divide the overall project plan into separate work streams, define timelines, tasks and owners. Organize meetings with the local team and individual project owners to assess progress of projects. Address when timelines are under pressure. Provide support to the medical team in activities related to specific projects that are implemented in that phase.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of clinical trial experience with strong working knowledge of clinical research process, strong self-management and organization skills, applied knowledge of project management methodology, processes and tools, strong leadership and networking skills to work in cross-functional teams, strong business partnership and customer service skills, bachelor degree equivalent work experience in a scientific or health related field.
