Our client is a leading Life Science supplier & manufacturer across a range of pharmaceutical products. They"e;re looking for an experienced up and downstream manufacturing process scientist to support the technical transfer between development, pilot and manufacturing stages.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support projects using a standardised approach to technology transfer
- Lead the introduction of new raw materials to support the manufacturing of products within pilot & GMP facilities
- Effectively communicate with all internal & external stakeholders
- Interpret data supplied by manufacturing & suppliers
- Liaise with process subject matter experts
- Develop lists of essential raw materials for manufacturing processes to support procurement and supply chain activities
- Co-ordinate sampling requirements for manufacturing processes within MSAT
- Participate in daily cross-functional meetings to remove barriers and ensuring a ‘right first time' approach to manufacturing.
- Support quality activities such as deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls, etc.
- Generation, review, approval and ownership of required documentation as appropriate.
- Work with OE teams and other departments to identify process improvements.
- Performing all activities necessary to ensure compliance with all Safety, Health and Environment requirements.

Requirements:
- BSc/BEng/MSc/MEng in Biological Sciences/Biochemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience of biopharmaceutical process development, technology transfer or manufacturing
- Experience of working in a GMP environment.
- Experience of supporting GMP quality records (Deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls, etc).
