Requirements:

Medical Affairs Director - UK & Ireland 

Reporting into the UK & Ireland General Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the Medical Affairs function for the UK and Ireland
  • Working in cooperation with colleagues to develop and execute strategic plans for the business
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and codes of practice

About you

You will have extensive experience within Medical Affairs in a commercial environment.

  • Medically qualified and GMC registered, ideally with some post-graduate qualification or specialisation, OR a GPhC registered Pharmacist with significant relevant experience in Medical Affairs
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries including work as a Final Medical Signatory in the UK
  • Sound understanding of the UK medical marketing environment
  • Well-developed management and leadership skills
  • Highly flexible and able to operate effectively in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
