Our client, a rapidly growing niche Cloud software organisation is urgently seeking a high energy and committed Business Development Manager to take advantage of an exceptional opportunity in the German market.

This organisations' product lands specifically in the Life Sciences industry, and due to market conditions is currently looking at over 75% market share for a product that will shortly be essential within the industry.

Package: £66,000/€75,000 + €35,000-£40,000 OTE (uncapped)
Location: Field based (UK or Germany) - Will be expected to be on the ground in Germany 2-3 days per week

The Opportunity:
Seeking high energy, team oriented, proven sales talent with exceptional communication skills and a successful track record of enterprise-level technology solution selling - specifically SAAS software. Team member in 2017 hit 700% of target, average 80% win rate.
This role is an integral part of our sales organisation. You will work throughout the entire sales process in conjunction with the existing sales teams to drive opportunities from initial outreach through contract negotiations. You will lead regional market and business development efforts in partnership with the marketing, SDR and regional sales teams. You will guide CMO/3PL regional sales activities and provide feedback based upon analysis of market uptake, competitive circumstances and partnership opportunities. This position will require in person sales meetings and presentations.

Responsibilities:
*Engage with multiple contacts at CMO/3PL prospects via telephone, email, web and in person meetings to educate and drive them through the sales process
*Support sales executive to execute customer centric meetings, presentations and product demonstrations both virtually and in person with key decision-makers and influencers
*Develop high impact proposals which articulate the organisations differentiated solution, market leadership, and unique value as a partner
*Build and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue targets on a quarterly basis
*Oversea and document the Regional CMO/3PL sales pipeline including forecasts, prospect details, current opportunities and future planned activities
*Work collaboratively with other team members to share information, expertise and market feedback

Requirements:
*Demonstrable sales experience (inside or outside sales)
*Fluency in German, and ideally experience of sales within Germany
*Previous sales experience in a SaaS and/or Cloud software environment
*Experience selling into one or more of the following areas highly beneficial: Pharma/Life Sciences, Contract Manufacturing, Supply Chain
