Job Summary:

My Client, a global healthcare technology company, is now looking for a Sales and Business Development Lead to grow their ever-expanding company in the PACA region of France. This exciting opportunity is available to those target focused individuals out there with a passion for Healthcare an interest in NGS, with experience in molecular diagnostics.

Requirements:

The Role

As part of the sales team, you will be in charge to acquire new accounts as well as managing existing ones within your territory (PACA) for the company portfolio. This position involves extensive travel across the allocated territory as well as in Switzerland twice per year.

The Successful candidate will be creative and combine new and old solutions to meet clients. They will be supported by a well-resourced team of technical specialists and will take advantage of the vast network within the clinical diagnostic testing field. They will need to possess the ability to develop long-term relationships with clients and communicate enthusiasm for the use of their solution for the transition to data-driven medicine. You will be supported by internal teams to achieve ambitious goals in terms of acquisition of new clients and sales by sharing with you best practices.

Knowledge of the industry and a passion for sales is the forefront of this opportunity and therefore, the successful candidate will require;

A masters’ degree in Sciences within a well-regarded institution; PhD will be an advantage.

Excellent communication skills, including experience in communicating complex scientific principles in simple terms.

French and English is mandatory.

Ideally, previous experience as working as part of a team to develop the company’s customer base and provide a first-class experience to clients, preferably in the clinical diagnostics, biotechnology or medical technology market.
