Job Summary:

Marine Mignot of Umbilical Life is recruiting an experienced Clinical Project Assistant for an expanding business based in Belgium.


This position will manage program related deliverables critical to start-up, maintenance and closure for Phase I-IV protocols.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the Clinical Project Manager to ensure complete review of protocol
  • Managing (preparation, collection, distribution, tracking, archiving) study documentation during all phases of the protocol execution
  • Managing vendor communication and resolves query related issues
  • Overall support with the management of clinical trials in accordance with ICH-GCP, local regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Managing the global setup of study level non-clinical supplies
  • Managing Investigator meetings



  • University degree in Life Sciences, or any relevant field or certified health care professional
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in Clinical Research or other relevant industry experience
  • Understanding of ICH-GCP Compliance
