Job Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity available as a Group Leader of Mammalian Cell Culture at a growing biotechnology company. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established specialist to enter into a senior managerial position utilising their scientific knowledge and experience in a more commercial setting.



Lead the mammalian cell culture lab

Support ongoing programs. Cell biology, mechanism of action, assay development etc.

Managing the cell biology group in line with company strategy

Recruiting for new team to manage

Budget planning and management


Candidate Summary

5+ years’ experience leading programmes in the biotechnology / pharmaceutical industry

Cellular assay development experience utilising varied formats

Life science degree (PHD preferred)
