Job Summary:

My client and I are searching for an Associate director of research to jump on board a widely recognised healthcare marking agency. Reporting into the Research director, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within a pharmaceutical market research role.



  • 5 years’ experience working in a pharma market research agency
  • Experience across multiple therapeutic areas
  • Expert in both qualitative and quantitative research techniques (60/40 split)
  • Strong degree of team management skills
  • Ability to aid team development
  • Client side experience


  • Taking and leading multiple qualitative research projects
  • Motivating and managing the project team
  • Responsible for winning repeat and new business
  • Supporting and advising the Global Ops team in the resourcing of all projects
  • Safeguard the successful implementation of my clients research methodologies
  • Delivering profits
  • Aid in the strategic and tactical direction of my client
