Our client is a highly successful medical communications agency who are seeking a Senior Account Executive/Account Manager to sit alongside their communications team in the behavioral unit and be based in their offices in Surrey.

Requirements:

Our client is a highly successful medical communications agency who are seeking a Senior Account Executive/Account Manager to sit alongside their communications team in the behavioral unit and be based in their offices in Surrey.

They are seeking a confident candidate with a proven track record in managing both quantitative and qualitative research projects and who are comfortable building relationships internally and externally. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing sound relationships with clients and delivering a high standard of primary and secondary research to produce evidence-based insights. You’ll have a curious, explorative nature and have a proactive and self-motivated approach to developing your knowledge

Responsibilities:

  • Involved in all stages of research projects including design, pricing, and delivery
  • Creating reports for different audiences and making actionable recommendations
  • Liaising with clients and managing suppliers

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Good degree with significant research methods component, MRS certificate or diploma desirable
  • Significant experience in the medical communications/healthcare industry
  • Ability to carry out research from design to dissemination
  • Strong ability to work in both qualitative and quantitative research but with a particular strength towards to the former
  • Excellent data analysis skills and proficient using a statistical software SPSS or SAS

In this role you be working on healthcare market research projects from design to dissemination, in an environment that supports your personal development. In addition to developing screeners, questionnaires, and screeners, you will be involved in developing research proposals and liaising with clients.
