Requirements:

I have a very unusual opportunity for a Freelance AM/SAM to join a fantastic and rapidly growing medical communications agency in London.

They have specialised in digital strategy and have won multiple awards for their innovation over the last couple of years. Projects can revolve around communication strategy, pre-launch engagement, patient programmes, meetings and congresses, medical education and digital medcomms projects.

They are based in one of the most desirable areas in Central London close to Oxford Street and will look to discuss potential permanent/future contract roles after the initial six month period.

They have an unusually varied portfolio of Rx and Consumer projects. Most recently they have worked on some highly successful cancer support programmes for young patients, multiple medical education events for oncology and respiratory and some website launches for multiple biotech and pharmaceutical brands. They also do lots of multi-channel campaigns at the moment too.

I’ve worked with this client for a long time and due to an extortionate amount of growth are in need of a freelancer who can be trusted to provide strong delivery, accuracy and client-facing duties whilst being given the opportunity to work within one of the widest ranging portfolios in the industry.

They would be keen on meeting freelancers from various backgrounds, including events, education or digital – as long as you have some experience with working in a healthcare agency environment.

To summarise, you will:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of allocated projects
  • Develop project plans, timelines and budgets for projects in line with client brief, for approval by the senior team
  • Brief the internal team on project tasks and advise on allocated budget
  • Reconcile projects on a regular basis, and flag potential budget adjustments to the senior team and client
  • Hit the ground running in a thoroughly creative and busy environment.
  • Proactively seek solutions to project- and/or client-related concerns
  • Lead client calls and f2f meetings and to promptly review and approve minutes

Could this be of interest to you? If so, I am keen to hear from you as interview slots are happening this week! If you have any questions please call Paris on 0207 812 7700 and send across your CV with interview availability today.
