Job Summary:

The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency enhance and improve the health of millions of people every day through the effective regulation of medicines and medical devices, underpinned by science and research. We are currently looking for a GCP/GPvP Computerised Systems Inspector to join our IE&S Division on a 2-year fixed term contract.


The role of GCP/GPvP Computerised Systems Inspector involves a wide range of duties including responsibility for the inspection of computerised systems used by organisations that perform GCP studies or maintain Pharmacovigilance requirements associated with Marketing Authorisations. Your key responsibilities are to participate in GCP and GPvP inspections, develop strategies regarding inspections of computerised systems and assessment of data, and provide technical training for inspectors.

Our ideal candidate will have experience of working in a GCP or GPvP environment and a computer science/ science degree or equivalent qualification.


Contract duration: 2 years, with the possibility of an extension.

Location: London and/or South Mimms, Hertfordshire (possibility of homeworking contract once accredited).


Candidates will be subject to UK immigration requirements as well as Civil Service nationality rules.
