Lead Auditor:

I am currently working on a project with a rapidly developing Global Notified body who are going through a growth phase following several additional new projects to the department. They are expanding their Hub(they have multiple sites) within Europe as they look to leverage their market share in the medical device auditing market

Company Overview:

The company culture is very flat structured and project based with a strong emphasis on having a fast career progression due to the very nature of the business acumen. The experience can be quite broad coming from either industry or a notified body and therefore also the scope of the role itself is very broad focused as you work on a large number of carried roles.



• You are responsible for the assessment of technical files and the auditing of the quality system of your customers (from high innovative start-ups to large multinationals, both national and international)

• You act as a linking pin and maintain frequent contact with your customers, colleagues, external experts like physicians, contractors and authorities

• You will have the opportunity to represent the client at conferences

• The position entails travelling within and outside Europe, approximately 20-30% of the time.


Skills and Experience Required

• Higher vocational or university level education, in life and/or engineering sciences

• A minimum of 4 years of full time work experiences in medical device related industry, including at least 2 years in R&D, QA/RA

• Experienced in at least one of the following devices categories and areas of expertise: Active medical devices, Active implantable medical devices, soft tissue implants, cardiovascular devices, drug device combinations, animal tissue and In Vitro Diagnostics

• Experience with quality management systems and relevant laws and regulations, at least CE

• Project management and auditing experience is considered an advantage.
