We’re looking for a Study Administrator, EDC and User Support in our Warsaw office to ensure the EDC User Support function delivers on all aspects of its function.


This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team and gain technical exposure.  System training will be provided, however, it would be a great advantage to have some prior knowledge of clinical systems such as MediData Rave or DataLabs.

The job holder be responsible for ensuring that the EDC User Support function delivers on all aspects of its function including but not limited to:

Service Desk ticket triage, assessment, escalation and resolution.
Ensuring Service Desk incidents are triaged and assigned on a timely basis.
Acting as an escalation point for all requests.
Following EDC User Support and Remarque process and procedure development and implementation
Determining root cause of issues and communicating appropriately to internal and external customers.  Queries and requests will typically include password resets, adding sites to the system, granting user access to systems, administering e-learning and walking users through browser or database issues etc.
Reporting to Manager on any issue which could significantly impact the business
Suggesting potential improvements to the global end user support experience relative to security, business continuity, service delivery, etc.
