Office Based Farnborough (from around beginning May 2018)

Office based Maidenhead (in the Interim)


This is an excellent opportunity to join a global clinical research organisation, utilizing your existing HR Admin knowledge, expand on your international skills and become a key member of our global HR team.

Working closely with the HR Operations Manager and colleagues across EMEA, APAC and Latin America, you will be responsible for all the HR Administration processes for multiple countries. Ideally you will have previous HR (admin) experience working within an International environment and be able to demonstrate a proactive and tenacious approach to your work.


Job Description:

  • Provides support services to all levels of the organization related to HR Operations and policies to employees with a high degree of customer satisfaction, balancing employee advocacy and business operating needs
  • Being the first point of contact for employee and manager queries on HR related policies and processes, acting as the liaison between employees, other departments and vendors to resolve issues and facilitate processing
  • Responsible for the overall documentation and maintenance of HR related processes including: the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts, organise the HR onboarding, maintaining the personnel files, keeping the benefit programs updated, responsible for the accurate recording of compensation information, documenting life cycle changes, input to payroll, off-boarding of leavers, etc.
  • Support the facilitation and the implementation of local and global HR processes and being involved in ad hoc HR related (improvement / change) projects
  • Maintains databases and/or files of HR-related information and processes HR-related information, maintaining required privacy
  • Facilitate the compliance to corporate HR policy and local labor regulations
  • Produce routine and ad hoc reports
  • May support activities associated with immigration processing
  • Works collaboratively within a team to share ideas, ownership, and accountability for driving improvements and consistency of execution for key HR processes


Experience Required:

  • Previous experience working in an administrative support role in HR, Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to work quickly and multi-task among competing priorities
  • Excellent customer centric approach
  • Keen attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in verbal and written English is essential; other languages are desirable 
  • Familiarity with relevant employment law and regulations for the UK
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience utilizing HRIS and/or other relevant software is preferred
  • Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion


Education Required:


Bachelor's Degree, plus relevant working experience, with increasing levels of responsibility; or in lieu of a degree vast experience with increasing levels of responsibility, may be considered
