Job Summary:

Michael Parker at Umbilical Life is recruiting a EU Director of Quality & Qualified Person for an expanding pharmaceutical company in London. The company is in the process of bringing in 6 newly acquired products that are all sterile. They are looking for someone who can manage teams across all of Europe and are open to talking to ambitious Head of Quality/QPs.


Core Responsibilities:


  • Drive the Quality thought out sites across Europe
  • Mentor members of QA to develop them as the company inevitably grows.
  • Helping with the acquisition of new products.
  • Maintain budgets
  • Releasing Sterile batches monthly as a named QP
  • A desire to bring new experiences and define a growing company


You must have

  • Qualified QP eligible to release batches within the UK.
  • Sterile product experience
  • A strong work ethic and ethos as well as a pragmatic approach.
  • Excellent knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice & Good Distribution Practice - GMP & GDP
  • A good working knowledge of the manufacturing and distribution process.
  • Knowledge of virtual manufacturing
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
