An exciting early-stage commercial company currently developing a transformational platform that combines proprietary single-molecule sensitivity, multiplexing, and full automation with its revolutionary Single Molecule Array technology is actively seeking an innovative and motivated lead Director to join their team.

Objective: Developing and validating new immunoassay reagents for proprietary technology. Apply your leadership skills and experience to oversee all immunoassay service and be seen as the expert of biomarker assays.

Duties: Responsible for the operational and commercial delivery of newly developed assays, as well as coordinating departmental resources and managing multiple projects. You will be accountable for program success, results delivery, and progress relative to timelines. You must effectively manage available resources to achieve timely execution of projects and work cross-functionally to plan and set deliverables.  
Qualifications:

  • Education: Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or other life sciences such as Immunology.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of leadership experience working in a bioanalytical team. System integration experience is preferred.
  • Other: Desired experience in ELISA reagent development, protein analytics, and assay optimization. Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE), establishment of robust singleplex and multiplex assays and manufacturing procedures.
