IQVIA is a global leader in healthcare intelligence. We are looking for an experienced coordinator to join our in-house team based at our UK head office in Reading, Berks.
 
We are a fast paced and rapidly changing organisation, and our Talent Acquisition team play a key role in ensuring that we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time.
 
We are looking for someone with good all round coordination experience, extremely detail orientated and has strong data reporting skills. You should be happy to take on a range of responsibilities and demonstrate flexibility in handling a variety of administrative tasks.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed consistent data reports and presentations using Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Cross-functional interaction with multiple members of the team for the purposes of data collection, compilation, and reconciliation.
  • Create and maintain trackers allowing you to pull weekly and monthly analysis.
  • With assistance from TA, put together interview agendas and schedule these across calendars.
  • Liaise with local colleagues in the scheduling of rooms and logistics.
  • Diary management.
  • Arrange for the reimbursement of interview and travel expenses.
  • Work seamlessly across a variety of systems to gather information needed and instil easy to follow processes
  • Interaction with TA colleagues across EMEA, local admin coordinators and hiring managers as appropriate.
  • Ad-hoc support as required with the opportunity to get involved in other areas depending on ability.
Requirements:
  • Strong related experience in administrative support role in a fast paced corporate/international environment
  • Significant experience using MS Office tools
  • Some experience pulling together reports for analysis
  • Use of the Taleo applicant tracking system is an advantage.
