Requirements:

As a temporary Talent Acquisition & Resourcing Coordinator, there are two key elements to your role:

1)Early Careers

• Search for, select, hire and influence the development of the best early in career talents to meet immediate and future business needs

• Build relationship and work closely with leading universities

• Develop social media channels and support the development of the Roche employer brand

• Act as a point of contact for the apprenticeship scheme.

2) Resourcing Coordination

• Manage headcount approval process to ensure requisitions are ready for posting in a timely and compliant manner.

• Responsible for contractor recruitment to include: advertising, briefing agencies, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers and managing feedback.

• Stand in for HR Recruiter during periods of leave.

• Responsible for the organisation of permanent recruitment processes including psychometric testing and interviews.

• Accountable for the on-boarding process, to include: drafting contracts, updating systems and applicable spreadsheets, act as the first point of contact for all new starters.

• Ensure that all new starters in relevant job roles complete a DBS check and log data in Sharepoint.

• Process interview and relocation expenses

You are a recent graduate preferably in Psychology/Social Science/HR/Business or Marketing.

• Team player able to influence and engage with key stakeholders

• Excellent organisation, multi-tasking, and prioritisation skills

• Self-starter with a passion for the identification and development of talent

• Knowledge of common MS Office and Google products, and a thorough understanding of social media platforms
