Job Title: SALES MANAGER - PHARMACEUTIICAL

Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

TalentSource Life Sciences, the division of CROMSOURCE dedicated to flexible staffing solutions, is currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to strengthen the team of one of our TOP Pharmaceutical client Companies in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

· Manage pharmaceutical sales account

· Create and implement short and long term business plans for profitable growth

· Develop strategies for new business and customers, in addition to retaining and enhancing current customer relationships.

· Coordinate new product launches in the region.

· Develop and manage close working relationship with Pharmaceutical API partners and provide guidance, technical support and selling tools

· Participate in scientific conferences and trade shows to build relationships and develop business with new and existing customers

· Contract conclusion

Education and Experience

· 4-year Technical degree in Life Sciences, preferable pharmaceutical or Chemistry

· Minimum of 5 years in sales & marketing or procurement in pharmaceutical ingredients and/or FDFs

· Experience with managing API suppliers, distributors for excipients, Audit preparation working with regulatory affairs team in Japan.

· Understanding of regulatory & compliance issues in the European region for pharmaceutical field and basic Import/Export skills, legal knowledge to handle contractual matters English spoken and writing skills for contract conclusion

· Strategic thinker with ability to understand customer needs and applications, and deliver viable solutions that provides mutual success

· Excellent cross cultural communications skills for liaisons of Europe and Japan and adaptability across the world. (Especially in India and China) Preference of Japanese culture
