SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER

My client is an Award Winning Security company that is growing at a very rapid rate. They are currently looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager that ideally has a Cyber Security background to join their team based in Nottingham.

The ideal candidate needs to be proactive and willing to be very hands on but also wants to push forward the service delivery function that needs to be roled out across the entire company.

The Service Delivery Manager will be the first point of call for the companies customers which means you will be responsible for making sure that the service is properly delivered within the budget of the customers needs but also that its delivered effectively. The Service Delivery Manager will also project manage the onboard customers.

Job Responsibilities and skills:

* You will be the primary contact and escalation point for customers relating to operational delivery matters this may be issues that need resolving.
* Ensuring SLAs are managed and met.
* Helping create the service management function that will be rolling out throughout the company.
* Define, implement and maintain Service Delivery processes, procedures, and documentation.
* Work both with the two different teams both the Soc Analysts and Engineering team to resolve any issues.
* Report generation and statistical analysis
* Working with ITIL V3 Expert/ V2 Manager.
* You will work closely with the nominated Sales Account Manager to identify and support further opportunities within the accounts.
* Service prioritisation where conflicting demands on resources.
* Speaking to core accounts about the services and products they have.
* Security best practice awareness.
* Excellent customer facing skills in a Service Management role
* Experience in a commercial Cyber Security Solutions provider or Managed Services environment.
* Ranging the rollout and onboard of new customers

Desirable:

* PRINCE2 Practitioner
* ISO27001 experience
