Job purpose:

Lead the country Inside Sales teams as dotted line to achieve sales, profit, and market share targets with respect to contact lens and lens care products in all applicable channels of distribution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy resources within the EMEA to maximize inside sales performance in all key markets
- Interact closely with Regional Directors, Strategic Accounts, Market Development and all home office personnel (Bus Analytics, Operations, Customer Service, IT, BP&A, Distributors, Le-gal/Compliance) to ensure programs, policies, and resources are aligned with the short and long-term needs of the business.
- Lead direct Inside Sales Managers in the implementation of corporate strategy in a team environment to maximize results in the Region.
- Develop team to operate their franchise on topics of needs analysis, strategies, resource allocation, opportunities, supervising/training reps
- Develop new market models to optimize best ROI for all non-field accounts (including how we integrate the new ecommerce platform and use virtual technology to provide true best in class service for the customers
-Customer interaction as needed (in addition to co-travel listed above).
- Recruiting, interviewing, hiring & training Managers and inside sales representatives.
-Interact with internal departments to assure external customer satisfaction and provide field with necessary on-going support.

- Administration: business/sales analysis, strategic and tactical planning, performance reviews, call-ins, budget control, expense reports, home office projects, computer communication and utilization.

Minimum requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

-Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree in Business/Marketing preferred Fluent in English and any other European language is an advantage
-Proven (inside) sales experience, telesales experience is an advantage
•Optical experience preferred
•Contact lens Industry experience or combination of business-to-business sales and medical device/pharmaceutical sales required
- Organisational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
-Commercial awareness, customer focus, negotiation and persuasion skills,
