We are looking for a dedicated Director, Information Partnerships to join our Corporate Development Team in the US. We offer you a challenging and rewarding job opportunity in a fast moving, international and flexible environment and a highly motivated team.  This role can be located in our Morrisville NC office OR home based.

 

Your Tasks

  • Act as the Program/Project Manager working with corporate and operational services to design and develop information management solutions
  • Manage and lead project delivery activities and report project status to ensure that relevant deliverables and activities are completed on time and within budget
  • Implement stakeholder engagement and project structures to enable effective expectation, scope and outcome of projects
  • Understand the processes performed by corporate and functional business areas and partner with these areas on business process re-engineering, workflow and optimize application utilization
  • Responsible for gathering, analyzing and translating business, information and technical requirements into a strategy that outlines solutions to achieve business objectives
  • Identify process improvements to optimize information gathering, report development and report dissemination
  • Assist with the review of system changes, project plans, business cases and other relevant documents on the information management platform
  • Advise, help implement and test system changes and upgrades within the department

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology or related field of study
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a services organization with project management/leadership of technology, information management or process
  • Strong leader who can work with multiple stakeholders, develop and execute information strategy while being able to manage day-to-day tactical activities
  • Working knowledge of GCPs, ICH guidelines, FDA and other applicable country regulations
  • Proven ability to assess an enterprise with a broad view and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Effective verbal and writing skills:  English
