PPD is looking for Performance Optimization Specialist

The Performance Optimization Specialist will ccollaborate with project or program leads in the IT Delivery Office to design, develop, deliver, and improve departmental or cross-departmental products, programs, and services in order to optimize corporate processes and performance. The will be engaged with the design, development, communication and implementation of process improvement and change management strategies in order to provide best support to the department's purpose and mission.

Main responsibilities: 

Supports and collaborates with project teams to prepare, organize, coordinate, document, and/or provide the development and delivery of department products and services to a globally dispersed audience to best support business outcomes and industry compliance.

• Designs, develops and delivers performance optimizing products and services for the business using recognised Process Improvement and / or Change Management methodology to create business optimizing solutions.

• Supports and develops process improvement solutions through process mapping, root cause and process analysis, change management plans and progress evaluation.

• Prepares, coordinates and/or delivers pre-meeting, process, and project working group materials.

Facilitates face-to-face and virtual collaborative meetings across all departments and stakeholders to define, map and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of inter-departmental processes and programs.

Performs special projects, assignments, and administrative tasks per business needs.

Job Complexity :

Works on problems of moderate complexity

 

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification i.e. ASQ Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent Lean Six Sigma Certification) and or Certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner

• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2 years).

•  Working knowledge of project management standards and practices

• Basic consultancy skills

• Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email software, MS Project

• Extensive ability to query, compile, enter, track and maintain data and records management systems

• Fundamental ability to translate issues into actionable business solutions

• Close attention to detail to deliver concise and accurate requirements-based reports and deliverables

• Effective ability to deliver products, services, and solutions in a collaborative and cross functional global environment, with an understanding of the user perspective

• Effective oral presentation and written communication skills
