Requirements:

Senior Regulatory Manager **FTIH early medicines development ** Do you have Ph 1 CRO experience and want to switch to working with a bio-pharma? W London / Middx

My hiring line manager is one of the most experienced individuals in the industry, and has led more than 7 Centralized / Concerted procedure products to approval over the last decade or so before moving to their new position to manage all NMEs, in early phase development.

You will work in a small and friendly team, housed in the same building as most of the Pk/PD, Stats and Modellers and Physicians, working on bringing new medicines in to clinical trials and for their translational development.

You will be part of the global matrix, and for assigned molecules develop both the strategy documents as well as the regulatory briefing documents for mostly large molecules. The team focuses on all disease indications regardless of therapy alignment, so you will have a diversity of indications / potential patient assets to get involved with.

This role is not for someone who needs to file successively and is more conceptual, and would work well for someone who needs good work life balance, and has an interest in drug development.

You will have developed drugs in early phases, and be looking for a new opportunity where you want to work with real scientists (as opposed to working in a virtual R&D network), where you can foster the molecule and help it succeed (with integrity on B/R), in a company with a scientific legacy which they can be proud of.

Package

The role comes with a good package including bonus, salary and pension. The company would also consider an Associate Director level regulatory professional, if you are already ripe for that grade.
