Job Summary:

Marine Mignot of Umbilical Life is actively recruiting for a Head of Regulatory Affairs for a fast-growing business based in the Paris area.


The Head of Regulatory Affairs fwill be responsible for managing all aspects of pre-market regulatory affairs in order to obtain device pre-market approval in the European Community and abroad.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sound strategies for timely and predictable product approvals
  • Monitor the pre-market approval process
  • Manage the preparation, review and submission of pre-market application dossiers in different countries
  • Support and drive the organization to be compliant with the new European Medical Regulation
  • Prepare budget and monitor expenses for the regulatory department



  • University degree in Life Sciences, or any relevant field or certified health care professional
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position
  • Experience managing supervisory personnel
  • Knowledge of pertinent regulations in major jurisdictions (Europe, U.S., Canada, …)
  • Fluent in French and high level of English
