Job Summary:

With products in phase 2 studies and a further couple of products at clinical development stage, this growing Biotechnology company have already started seeing early interest and success in their workloads. Based from a Mid-sized site in the Midlands, this company are preparing their business for expansion and looking for some elite management professionals to take the reins.

With products in phase 2 studies and a further couple of products at clinical development stage, this growing Biotechnology company have already started seeing early interest and success in their workloads. 

Based from a Mid-sized site in the Midlands, this company are preparing their business for expansion and looking for some elite management professionals to take the reins.

For that reason, my client has reached out to me to find them their new Director of Regulatory Affairs to join them this year and help grow the department and work on their key products.

This position would be ideal for someone with the following attributes:

 

  • 10 Years or more experience
  • Advanced degree in a scientific discipline
  • Experience working with the MHRA, EMA and FDA
  • Pharmaceutical or biotechnology background experience

 

With these credentials you would fit the criteria and would be taking on responsibilities such as the development and implementation of new and innovative regulatory strategies for the clinical development products.  You would also be expected to act as the point of contact for regulatory agency interactions including preparations for submissions and regs strategy plans.

There are other key responsibilities involved too, such as managing the Quality team with their responsibilities and using an entrepreneurial mind-set to create fresh and state-of-the-art ways of expediting the clinical development pathways.
