Roles & Responsibilities of the position

• SUSAR (Serious Unexpected Serious Adverse Reaction) search and processing
• SUSAR case processing and verification in the Clinical Trial Safety Reporting System (CTSRS) (printjobs) and IntraLinks Platform® (ILP)
• Communication with Regulatory Submissions Management & Operations / Regulatory Medical Writing / other safety partners
• Preparation of new service agreements and contact lists
• Preparation of Updates / Amendments to / Closure of existing service agreements
• New compound data entry/update in CTSRS
• Compound list maintenance, including on the homepage
• CTSRS database administration - i.e., compound, study, employees / users’ management from the moment the new compound/study/user/employee has been entered into CTSRS until closure/deactivation etc.
• Filing and Archiving

Job Requirements

• University degree in Life Sciences
• Fluency in English and German language
• Ideally previous experience in clinical research
• Strong knowledge with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Explorer and PowerPoint) and database usage
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate and handle multiple priorities within a matrix environment
• Perform activities in a timely and accurate manner
