My client, a global pharmaceutical company have a new requirement for a Regulatory Affairs Projects Manager.   Based in Dublin.


My client, a global pharmaceutical company have a new requirement for a Regulatory Affairs Projects Manager.   Based in Dublin.

The Role:
To manage and facilitate the execution of international regulatory project activities, to follow regulatory project plans and to ensure their successful and on-time delivery.

To facilitate global regulatory strategy progression, provide regulatory communication updates and support to all project parties throughout the project life cycle.

To drive and assist in development and implementation of procedures impacting Global project activities.

Ensure appropriate tools and training in place for management & implementation of project activities:
•    Effective regulatory project systems and processes are identified and implemented 
•    Appropriate and adequate regulatory project training is available and provided
•    Adherence to project process quality controls is maintained (SOP's, Working Instructions) 
•    Monitoring and logging of issues experienced, risks encountered and lessons learned


•    Bachelors or Post Graduate degree in Life sciences (BSc in Chemistry/ Biology, etc.) or Pharmacy
•    5 - 10 years experience in a in pharmaceutical industry e.g. regulatory affairs, R&D, quality or technical environment
•    Detailed knowledge of EU and other regions current registration requirements 
•    Proven track record of leadership abilities and competencies
•    Knowledge and experience of QMS
•    Knowledge of IT tools specific for in RA and pharmaceutical sector 
•    Formal Project Management training or qualification desired but not essential
