Operations Finance Coordinator
 
As a part of our Global Central Support Team in Operations Finance, you will be part of the Reporting function as well as you will be supporting the Financial control and Project Delivery functions within Global Operations Finance Department. You will be located in Sofia, Bulgaria and will be working within the Global team.   Your Responsibilities:   • Compiling, analyzing and reporting financial data across different segments of the business;
• Preparation of customer reporting based on specific needs;
• Financial and project management systems set up and maintenance:
o CA Clarity™ PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) System - Budget data manipulation, consolidation and loading into Clarity system;
o Lawson ERP – project set-up for billing and time tracking purposes;
o SalesForce – new studies financial documents validation and tracking changes in contract value;
• Data integrity and clean-up activities across various systems utilizing excel tools and templates;
• Custom excel tools creation to address various departments’ needs;

Qualifications

Your Profile:   • University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Information Technology or related;
• Minimum one year of experience in a finance role preferably in a multinational environment;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken);
• Excel literacy (experience with macros is a strong advantage);
• Detailed-oriented personality with analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude;
• Handle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality of work;
• Service-minded attitude and ability to adapt to changes;
• Eagerness to work in a global team supporting various types of activities;
• An excellent communicator with an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in team environment;
• Familiarity with financial software is a plus;   Our Offer:   You will be provided with:
