Innovation Formulation Manager – Derma Cosmetics and OTC

Requirements:

We have three very exciting opportunities available as Senior Formulation Innovation Managers at a leading Dermatology Cosmetic company based in Switzerland. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced formulation specialist with a passion for scientific innovation to enter into a leading company.

Summary

Managing a team of 6-7 formulation project leaders and technicians conducting innovative R&D formulation work

Acting as the scientific expert pushing forwards innovation by liaising with all relevant internal functions. Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory Affairs etc.

Working externally as the Formulation expert liaising at congresses with external companies looking for cutting edge new products to include in the company’s formulation efforts.

Requirements

Strong formulation background, ideally in Derma Cosmetics, OTC or Nutraceuticals (to link in with the three separate positions)

                Role 1 – 100% Derma Cosmetics (including neutraceuticals

                Role 2 – 80% Derma Cosmetic, 20% OTC

                Role 3 – Very senior position overseeing the entire company R&D pipeline

Creative personality

Management experience would be ideal (but not necessarily required)
