Role: IRT Support Technician II

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria - office based

Contract Type: Permanent

We are looking for a IRT Support Technician II to join our team! This is a permanent role to be located in our office in Sofia, Bulgaria.

You'll be accountable for:

  • Responding to and logging of IVRS/IWRS Support Requests
  • Resolving routine level 1 and level 2 support requests
  • Escalating support requests as necessary
  • Monitoring of, and following up on outstanding requests
  • Monitoring of, and resolving system performance issues
  • Assisting in the development and management of support documentation
  • Other projects as assigned
  • Advising the department head of any ongoing/repeat support issues
  • Proactive management of ancillary systems
  • Participation in the ongoing improvements to the support and operations phase of the business

You'll need this to be considered:

  • Undergraduate Degree in relevant subject
  • Prior experience in application support
  • Experience in customer support role is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, and Access
  • Education, training or experience in the following is desirable: SQL, Visual Basic, VB.NET, Lotus Notes, MS Exchange
  • You will need to have excellent written and verbal English and be able to communicate fluently and with confidence
  • Ability to work in a calm manner in a testing environment 
  • Willing to work 'on call' on a rota basis
