Distribution Material CoordinatorBrussels   TalentSource Life Sciences, a division of CROMSOURCE, is currently seeking an enthusiastic Associate, Distribution Material Coordinator (DMC), to join a leading pharmaceutical company located in Brussels, Belgium.         The DMC is responsible for New Drug Products and Finished Goods deliveries in the plant (hub/depot) based on the schedule generated by SAP.


Distribution Material Coordinator

TalentSource Life Sciences, a division of CROMSOURCE, is currently seeking an enthusiastic Associate, Distribution Material Coordinator (DMC), to join a leading pharmaceutical company located in Brussels, Belgium.

The DMC is responsible for New Drug Products and Finished Goods deliveries in the plant (hub/depot) based on the schedule generated by SAP. The DMC will work closely with the Distribution Buyer Planner and is responsible for the execution of the distribution plan for each molecule/study. In addition, the DMC is accountable for managing and overseeing all zone operational details. The DMC works routinely with hubs/depots, Supply Planning and Clinical Operations on process creations/improvements, training, event management, change controls, quality management, invoice reviews, annual calendars, monthly metrics reviews as well as CAPA, and issue escalation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Partners with the Distribution Buyer Planners, Supply Planning and Clinical Team to understand delivery schedule and priorities; partners with quality and hub/depot for delivery execution activities

· Monitors CT-WIN and/or SAP deliveries due list for all shipments

· Resolves issues with hub/depot and manages deviation investigations related to distribution activities as needed

· Accountable for shipping documentation availability with hub/depot; Ensure completion of any pre-shipment paperwork and ensures necessary import approvals are in place prior to shipment execution

· In cooperation with the Distribution Planner ensures dating of batches for shipment is sufficient to meet the needs of the demand

· Ensures execution of the delivery in-time to meet the demands at the receiving plants

· FFU determinations in case of temperature excursion

· For non-CT-WIN depots, monitor the receipt of periodic delivery data; periodic inventory reconciliation

· Ensure hub/depot are destroying material as per agreed upon timelines.

· Creates pricing with understanding of blinding principles. Maintains integrity of data without providing access to data or calculation methodology to third parties.

Required experience/profile:

· Bachelor degree, preferably in health care or supply chain/logistics field or equivalent work experience.

· Experience in managing inventory/supplies or complex supply chains

· Knowledge of clinical trial distribution

· Demonstrated exemplary teamwork/interpersonal skills

· Strong organization and self-management skills

· Ability to use and apply multiple computer applications

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to change

· Effective written and verbal communication skills in multi-cultural settings

· High initiative, flexible and positive attitude

· High degree of accuracy with work and attentive to details

· Ability to proactively identify problems and work toward a solution

· Demonstrated knowledge of cGMPs and experience in a highly regulated environment Customer and process focused

· Must speak fluent English

· Knowledge of global import/export requirements

· Prior experience with SAP

· Minimal travel may be required, both domestic and international
