Model, Reimbursement and Value Dossier Development, Global Strategy – UK

Requirements:

(Model, Reimbursement and Value Dossier Development, Global Strategy) – UK

Following a strategic decision to expand the “in-house” team to cope with a growing pipeline, a new role has been created for a Global Health Economics Manager / Senior Manager to join a mid-sized Pharma company.

Working as part of a team, the Health Economics Manager / Senior Manager will have a range of responsibilities covering both early phase pipeline and late phase / current products, which will fall in to the following key areas;

•           Providing technical expertise in to the design and development of Health Economic models and value arguments, including development of Value Dossiers for HTA and Reimbursement efforts

•           Working in cross functional teams to provide strategic advice for the design and execution of Clinical trials, to ensure suitable data is gathered

•           Leading projects involving Consultancy Suppliers - from briefing the Consultancy in question on the requirements (including Health Economic models and value dossiers), through to critically assessing the finished product to ensure it meets the requirement

•           Work with affiliates across the globe, helping them to adapt global models to suit local payer conditions

The opportunity is a rare one, in that it has both Technical and Strategic elements to it.

This role demands a good level of experience. A background in Consultancy, Pharma or Academia is fine, however the candidate must have experience of developing health economic models and developing materials to prove value messages. Someone who has worked with teams developing trial design would be very useful, but not essential. The key is someone who is able to work from both a strategic and hands on perspective, as you will have elements of both in this role. Strong communication skills are a must, as you will be dealing with a number of affiliate offices worldwide.
