We have a Senior Clinical Trial Assistant/ Senior CTA job available, to work only for and directly with one of our main clients.


This is a home based job, you can be based anywhere in the UK.


This is a rich role, and as a senior CTA you will work closely with Leaders and CRAs assisting with sponsor oversight, preparing contracts, budget, submissions. Among others, your responsibilities will be:

  • Preparing & Negotiating investigator contracts
  • Tracking invoice and site payment status, follow up on discrepancies, etc.
  • Performing quality checks and upload documents to the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) and pro-actively follow up on missing documentation
  • Ensuring timely completion of all required documents for submission to IRB/REB or other local  committees
  • Supporting study team in study oversight: resolution of investigational site queries, follow up on issues, keeping timelines by accurate tracking, etc.
  • Preparing the Study Drug release, i.e., collect, quality check and prepare documents for Study Drug approval and release in collaboration with CRAs

This is a home based job, across the UK.


As you will be home based, we need Senior CTA candidates, with proven strong experience of working in the same capacity for another international CRO or Pharmaceutical Company (previous experience working as a CRA is an advantage. Ideal role if you want to stop travelling).


You bring a thorough understanding of the clinical trial process and the requirements regarding essential documentation. Advanced knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines and the regulatory environment in the UK & Ireland.


We need someone with background in Investigator contract management, preparing documents for submission to IRBs/IECs and Competent Authorities.


Excellent computer proficiency in MS Office including  Microsoft (MS) Word/Excel/ PowerPoint and willing to use new advanced technologies



You bring a High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred: Secretary/Medical Administrative.
