Part-time (0.5 FTE)

Office-based, permanent

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with the study team to ensure overall study management and adherence to internal SOPs, policies, local regulatory requirements and department processes.
  • In liaison with the PM and CRA, ensures current versions of the required trial documents, trial-related materials and supplies are provided to the investigational site within required timeframes.
  • Supports the team providing the current and complete documents requested by the IEC/IRB and Health Authority (HA).
  • In collaboration with PM/CRA, prepares Trial Center File and prepares or co-ordinates the development of any other document and review them for completeness and accuracy. 
  • Supports the PM/CRA in collecting and maintaining all documents throughout the trial and post-trial in both vTMF and paper files.
  • Distributes, collects, reviews, and tracks regulatory documents, agreements and training documentation.
  • Collects and tracks Financial Disclosure information at appropriate time points.
  • Assists in conducting local investigator meetings or in making arrangements for the investigators participating in an international meeting.

Eligibility/Qualifications/Requirements

The ideal candidate will need the following experience / skills to be considered:

  • Previous experience in clinical trials is preferred
  • Fluent English in addition to fluent Hebrew is a must
  • You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a motivation towards strong team work and enjoy building relationships.
