Job Summary:

RBW are working in close collaboration with an exciting biotechnology that are looking for a Senior Pharmacometrician to join their team.


You will be responsibile for all modelling and simulation aspects across many therapeutic areas from the preclinical to late clinical development. The analysis you conduct will be vital in the decision making in the drug development process.

Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Execute modelling activities such as PK/PD & Population PK/PD modelling and analysis.
  • Conduct mechanistic drug disease models when needed.
  • Carry out clinical trial simulations to ensure dosing regimen and trial design is correct.
  • Interact with multidiscplinary teams such as clinical pharmacologists to create a pharmacometric strategy.
  • Ensure modelling results are incorporated into regulatory brochures such as NDAs and IBs.


  • Educated to PhD in a scientific related discipline.
  • Experience in planning and conduct of M&S projects for pre-clinical and clinical study data.
  • Experience with modelling software such as NONMEM and R.
  • Good knowledge of the Drug Discovery and Development process.
  •  Good knowledge of GCP and regulatory guidelines
