* Lead a growing team acting as the bridge between biochemistry and production departments
* Specification development and critical assessment of materials (including quality control for new components) to ensure future production
* Maintaining a consistent supply of control and calibrator materials for Antisera pilots
* Liaise with cross-functional departments to ensure future production through efficient development technology transfer
* Oversee the team's continual development and hold actively involvement with hiring, appraisals and disciplinary meetings when required


* Relevant Life Sciences degree
* 5+ years' line management experience
* Experience working with Antisera (other proteins or antibodies are advantageous)
* Knowledge and experience of raw material specifications
* Proven experience of SOP development and delivery
