Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Medical Committee and Adjudication Manager to work within our Medical Operations team. We can consider candidates based from any of our European Locations (with preference in Poland) - either home or office based. The role manages study-related committees such as Data Monitoring Committees (DMCs), Data Safety Monitoring Boards (DSMBs), and Adjudication Committees and will also lead the reviews and analyses of project specific data.

- Will manage study-related committees by attending meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining all committee-related documents. Serves as a DMC, DSMB, Safety Committee and /or Adjudication Committee Manager. 
- Will act as a Primary interface between Company and sponsors, vendors, and other departments in the area of DMC, DSMB, Safety Committee and Adjudication Committee management. Provides specialized knowledge for international guidance regarding the conduct of study-related committees. 
- Responsible for Uploading and managing documents collected for endpoint adjudication into TrialEASTM or in accordance with a Sponsor approved process. 
- Can also Serve as a Medical Project Manager for large complex phase III studies, global studies and/or programs of two or more studies where multiple services are contracted for Medical Affairs. 
- Manages pre-enrollment review utilizing patient profile software. Includes collection of documents, pulling data from central laboratories, and interfacing with sites to ensure all screening data is available for review and assessment of eligibility. 

*this role may also include Minimal travel (up to 25%)* 


 he ideal candidate will need the following experience / skills to be considered: 

- BA/BS in the biological sciences or related discipline in the natural sciences/health care field, nursing degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

- Moderate clinical research experience. Experience in a Clinical Research Organization and related therapeutic specialties preferred. 

- Good knowledge of ongoing protocol, disease related terminology, and the drug development process, including database and medical terminology. 

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email, and voicemail. 

- Strong customer service skills with effective written and verbal communication appropriate to a professional medical setting. Strong organizational, presentation, documentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a team oriented approach. 

- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills. Ability to multitask to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment while providing attention to detail and high quality work.
