The role

We have an opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated sales specialist to join our Community Point of Care team, reporting to the Regional Business Manager, South, Point of Care.

You will join a dynamic and specialised sales team and will be responsible for the Point of Care portfolio in primary care in London - applicants should live within the M25. Your role will be to develop business in the cardiovascular disease area for point of care e.g. heart failure, DVT services as well as coagulation, driving patient self-testing in primary care and through telehealth opportunities, including health-check testing and AMR.

This is a pivotal role, managing complex relationships across primary care to promote the Roche portfolio and improve patient care.  You will work with customers at all levels from CCG Commissioners, Clinical leads, Consultants, GP’s and anticoagulation nurses. This unique position offers you full autonomy within your territory to drive and deliver your business plans.

Who you are

You are a strategic thinker who wants to help implement processes that lead to the best outcomes for patients. Educated to degree level or equivalent, you might be an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in UK POC testing market or you might already be improving patient pathways within a CCG or GP Federation. You have excellent interpersonal skills, a clear understanding of the local NHS environment and drivers and the ability to demonstrate the following:

  • High level of flexibility whilst remaining results and vision focused
  • Convincing presenter, conversing with all levels of internal and external customers

You are dynamic, hardworking and self-reliant. With a high level of organisation skills, you have the ability to work independently and are able to prioritise tasks in order to maximise productivity. Your excellent communication skills enable you to work effectively across multi-disciplinary teams.
