Job purpose:
Novartis has set up a Global Service (Xpend) to deliver payment transparency regulations across the globe reporting transfer of values to Healthcare Professionals and Patient Groups.. The solution is supported by Global Xpend Services who partner with local countries in order to deliver insights into payments to healthcare professionals (HCPs), healthcare organizations (HCOs) and payment organizations. The Business Project Manager will manage the roll out of Xpend to new markets across Latin America, Asia and Middle East as well as support new requirements from our global customers. In addition, the Project Manger may take on additional responsibilities as required to support the Global Product Lead (GPL) and in support of the Global Customers.

Key Responsibilities:
•Working with the Global Xpend team, manage the implementation of new systems, processes and analytics to new global affiliates
•Develop specialist knowledge in the processes and guidelines for managing payments to HCPs, HCOs and Patient Organization, providing consultative support to the Affiliates and contribute to the execution of transparency processes and practices
•Work with the leadership team to develop new services for Transparency reporting
•Provide expertise in regards to business process and change & communication with affiliates and the use of Xpend
•Develop and implement global guidance on Business Processes for Transparency reporting
•Identify and mitigate business process gap with Deployment Business lead / Divisional Lead
•Act as single point of contact for data quality stream
•Training: Define Training concept and ensure training delivery to affiliate key-users
•Identify, analyze and documents problem trends
•The role may also at times be required to support the management of services into large and complex markets (e.g. UK, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, France) acting as the bridge between the service delivery team in Hyderabad and the local markets

About the Novartis Global Service Centre in Dublin:
The Novartis Global Service Center (NGSC), Dublin, was set up in 2013 and is located in a state-of-the-art facility on the Merrion Road in Ballsbridge. The center, one of five around the world, delivers a broad variety of services to the Novartis divisions and organizations worldwide. Services offered by the Dublin team include scientific and commercial services, IT, HR Operations and Procurement. There are currently several hundred associates employed at the site with 32 nationalities speaking 28 languages.

Minimum requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Management or related field English
•Extensive relevant experience, preferably in a project environment
•Required to have experience of the Global Transparency Codes and Novartis Xpend
•Desirable to have understanding of Pharma business including its regulatory environment
•PM or business analysis skills
•Strong Excel and SQL skills
•Strong interpersonal, customer relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills
•Strong business results-focus & proven ability to plan, reassess priorities in order to meet tight deadlines
•Demonstrated experience in translating global processes into workable day to day operational work plans
•Comfortable dealing with ambiguity with a flexible approach & effective dealing high levels of multi-tasking
