Summary / Heading
A leading global MedComms agency is looking for a DataVision Coordinator to support their accounts teams with the use of their Datavision publication planning database system.

You will be utilising your knowledge of DataVision gained from a previous role to maintain all publication records and ensure working practices are followed and projects are completed to the expected standard. You will have strong organisational and time management skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and work calmly through project/system issues.

Salary (If applicable)
22k-25k per annum (dependent on level)

Role / Description
Main Job Responsibilities:
Supporting account teams with DataVision submissions.
Troubleshooting issues with DataVision submissions.
Ensuring client SOPs are followed.

Candidate Requirements:
BSc qualification (ideally)
In-depth knowledge of DataVision.
Advanced IT skills (including Word and database management)
Experience of working well under pressure.
High level of organisation and time-management.
Pro-active and enthusiastic.
