Customer Service Coordinator – Baxter Travel

•    To manage the processing of customer orders
•    To manage customer queries and complaints ensuring a win win solution for Baxter and the customer
•    To create lateral relationships with other departments to support product distribution
•    To enhance the reputation of customer services and positively promote the image of Baxter Healthcare
•    To contribute to the evolvement of the department by providing feedback and taking action to improve

Role Responsibilities 

•    To take responsibility for customer order management
•    To effectively manage late deliveries and ensure contingency planning for no delivery
•    To take responsibility for the coordination of patient supplies within UK and to country of destination
•    To evaluate patient regime changes and ensure distribution of supplies in accordance with new regime
•    To take accountability for the prescription management process
•    To manage customer information and literature
•    To manage list price and therapy cost documents
•    To effectively manage VAT issues in Ireland
•    To effectively manage customer queries and complaints ensuring a win win solution for Baxter 
•    To manage inbound calls within agreed parameters 
•    To manage outbound calls in accordance with Customer Services criteria
•    To liaise and cooperate with other departments UK
•    To liaise with other CS functions on a global basis to manage patient supplies
•    Identify customs and excise requirements of other countries to ensure compliance
•    To provide teamwork and positively enhance the reputation of the department and Baxter


Essential Qualifications / Experience

•    Educated to GSCE Standard
•    Minimum of 1 years’ experience
•    Customer Services Experience: Query Resolution: Relationship Building 
•    Planning and Prioritisation
•    Analytical Thinking Planning and Prioritisation
•    Effective decision making skills
•    Strong attention to detail/accuracy
•    Good team player
•    Proactive and reactive nature 
•    Can do attitude, willing and positive manner
