  • To build on a solid foundation we are now looking to expand our team to include a Commercial Sales Manager; working on a full-time basis.
  • The Commercial Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sales revenue for Sintetica.
  • The role will be an in-field role that involves travel and may occasionally include overseas travel to attend international congress for example.
  • The Commercial Sales Manager will report directly to the Managing Director.
  • The successful applicant will be someone with a strong scientific background who likes to generate value and can influence senior people within the NHS.
  • A proven track record within the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry will be essential to demonstrate credibility.

Essential tasks and responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed agreed sales targets.
  • Navigate the NHS procurement processes and build strong relationships with key individuals within the NHS.
  • Understand our products and the benefits they bring to patients, physicians, payers and Trusts.
  • Understand basic health economic arguments and be able to present these with authority.
  • Contribute to the annual marketing plan.
  • Apply business acumen to build the reputation of the organisation to a level of excellence.


Position skills and requirements

  • High level communicator
  • Intellectual curiosity about the field within which we work.
  • Strong ethical approach in beliefs, conduct and processes.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written is essential.
